Is there a minimum number of users?+

No. Start with a single rep and add seats as you grow — you only ever pay for the seats you use.

Do I have to sign an annual contract?+

Never. Hodor CRM is month-to-month at the same fair rate. Annual billing is optional and works out to roughly two months free.

How does multi-vendor work?+

Companies own projects and invite vendor organizations to work them. Vendors see only the areas assigned to them — visibility is enforced down to the individual rep, area by area.

Does it work in the field?+

Yes — the mobile field map and field list are built for reps on foot: tap a house, log the knock, set the status, schedule the follow-up. Works on any phone, no app store required.
